I don't understand all the chest beating here. Am I the only one who is not at all happy with the win? Our season now looks to have an asterisk on it all over a rather dubious score review.

Don't get me wrong, 8 in a row looks sweet on paper, but it now looks undeserved.

The game will always have controversies. But this one kills me inside. I want my team fighting and winning fair.

Wouldn't it have also been better to lose that one for the sake of the players' psychological approach? I don't want them getting ahead of themselves now in these last two games.

Just watched the Cunningham tackle again. He's gone. AFL will give him 2 or 3. They don't relent on this crap.

I reckon 1 at most...didn't pin the arms and the player got up straight away and wasn't hurt.

Honestly could be a good thing if Cunners gets suspended for a game...has played lots of games in a row and we all know his injury history. Might be good for him to get a break like Martin did missing the Eagles game.

We also had 2x unpaid 50mp, both of which would have resulted in certain goals.

Gawn kicking the ball away after Martin's ITB in the last qtr was the most egregious.

Gawn does this alot and gets away with it . He did it against Richmond a couple of weeks ago, he does it often and just acts aloof after it and gets away with it.

Was it just me, or should of it been a free to Marchbank anyway? it clearly looked to me like JVR & Melksham both interfere illegally to me. Marchbank is under that ball and then gets pulled and pushed.

It all got a little too hectic in the end, and to the poor bloke next to me who feinted with about 30 seconds I am glad the bloke in front of us was a doctor and you were ok to sing the song after it all! Have to laugh at it now!

Cerra for Dow
Walsh for Hollands
McKay likely comes in for a small forward which throws things out, probably Motlop.
JSOS, Boyd and Kennedy miss out.
Fisher is one bad game from going out which is harsh.
Hollands getting dropped seems crazy but imo is the most replaceable.
Dow sub.

I'd keep Ollie ahead of Fish. I I think he just offers more and has the potential to play. That's weeping role as well. Doesn't mind getting into the nitty, gritty and heavy stuff so I could hold his own down back. Otherwise, I think you're onto something

Walsh could replace Fisher, then Doc goes back to half back and plays less midfield.

Our depth is looking INSANE right now...so many injuries and being able to call up guys like Dow, Fisher and Hollands is really impressive.

I've seen quite a lot of other teams cop a few key injuries and look pretty poor because of it.

Brisbane for example have barely had any injuries this year but as soon as Ashcroft went down they've looked really shaky. Gunston out now too so they are in trouble. GWS have a strong starting 23 but have no depth whatsover...2 no names have come in for Daniels and Bedford this week and earlier in the year when Kelly missed games, the replacement was names like Wehr and Rowston.
