Trying to save my week just a little, I now realise I completely missed McKenna as a trade in option. Is Chesser worth keeping all all? Seems the most obvious trade out candidate based on scores but is he someone with good job security or something? Other glaring option is Liam Jones

Fyfe trade but who can you afford if you hold onto Jones and if you don't hold onto Jones?

You could do Fyfe to McKenna if you are keen to get rid of him. I think I have more faith in Jones (not by much) that he could at least fluke a score with St Kilda's makeshift forward line. Fyfe being parked at FF means he needs to probably kick a bag to score well.

That also gives you a big kitty to sort out more things next week.

Chesser is the one you can upgrade now

In that spot I'd be keeping Jones. He's a guaranteed game. Constable is on notice and McKenna ideally comes in for someone who isn't as secure given the volatility of those defenders.

I was all set on trading Jones, but changed my mind now.
Chesser to McKenna and hopefully Jones can get a decent score this week and beyond. Looked good preseason.

It's what I'm doing. Jelly > JHF.
In an ideal world you keep, but if you want to make moves before price rises and you set up your team well, take the cash injection and improved flexibility.
Also allows you to keep an eye on leftover $$$ needed to trade in Bowes the following week.

Having Bytel & Jelly injured, plus still ??? on Jones & Gulden .....I just saw too much smoke, to take the sensible road you've taken .....but was definitely a consideration
