They're still performing well and they'll just keep bringing in handy 30 years olds to replace them. It's hard to believe how Geelong can extract so much out of old players. If you want to know why Geelong aren't giving up Ratugolea easily, just look at Geelong's key position depth younger than 30 years old
Because they legit don't have anything to offerInteresting .....zero talk of any MELB offer for McAdam .....absolute crickets
Fair enoughIf you want to know why Geelong aren't giving up Ratugolea easily, just look at Geelong's key position depth younger than 30 years old
Youre being Petty.Because they legit don't have anything to offer
Which IMO .....keeps the Petty possibilities openBecause they legit don't have anything to offer
We did, it's in the other rumours thread.Just saw the Roos are picking Toby Pink (Glenelg) after he was named FB in the SANFL team of the year.
25 years old, 194cm, 95kg. Might be a handy depth KPD pick up for them. I wonder if we had any interest as well
Loved that show!
yep and remember the Danger trade where clearly as one of the truly elite players in the comp (won Brownlow first year at Cats) they could 'only offer' ONE first rounder as they had already spent their other available one on Blues Henderson.Fair enough
But I also think it’s comical that they played hard ball on Henry with pies and plenty of others during their glory years and now want more than pick 24 for a guy out of contract that didn’t even make their best 22 for alot of the year
The competition owes them no favours
I guess Harry Lemmey says hi?Very true, however the talent guys should have a pretty good idea. Harley Reid and Jed Walter were rated top 2 for this draft a long way out. If Welsh is actually rated top 5 by clubs at this stage then it is a very high chance that our pick next year, which could easily be high teens, will be worthless to us.
Would love to see Port call their bluff and manufacture a way to get him in the draftyep and remember the Danger trade where clearly as one of the truly elite players in the comp (won Brownlow first year at Cats) they could 'only offer' 2 first rounder as they had already spent their other available one on Blues Henderson.
Bunch of pricks as he is a middling player who couldnt consistently make a team that finished 12th
I do wonder where Melbourne goes to if it's true.Damn so the Oliver hospital thing is true??
I hope he's ok but talk about biting the hand that feeds you
Twitter posts currently saying its much, much worse than that. Shit, I hope not.I do wonder where Melbourne goes to if it's true.
You'd think it's last straw.
They just emphatically backed him in a week ago and said they would support him through whatever he's going through.I do wonder where Melbourne goes to if it's true.
You'd think it's last straw.
Then why haven't they stumped up for a Jakovich like contractIf you want to know why Geelong aren't giving up Ratugolea easily, just look at Geelong's key position depth younger than 30 years old
Really hope not.Twitter posts currently saying its much, much worse than that. s**t, I hope not.
or even better call their bluff, threaten PSD and Horks get him for FREE by jumping inWould love to see Port call their bluff and manufacture a way to get him in the draft
