Fair enough - but I don't think anyone could argue that it isn't a LOT.

It's not delistings or similar - it's just the players who have requested and received a trade out since 2017.

I've always hated the argument of Frawley vs Franklin getting pick 3 (or whatever it was) or pick 19. Now Doedee

Both were valued at band 1 compo it's just one team sucked arse and finished closer to the bottom and the other won a premiership and had the last pick of round 1.

Similarly we get a band 2 which is end of first round 19 so we didn't actually get the same value for Doedee as Franklin. For the same value we would have ended up with pick 10.

Although I don't necessarily agree with compo picks for FA's. I believe the one right thing about them is that they are tied to your finishing/drafting position it in theory should help a club out more who is in need of it vs the reigning premier.

Yup, doesn't apply with Chol being contracted.
