Tarryn is a gun. Would be an amazing get. won’t happen though

Is a talent. Has been a toe rag to date..

People can change. Essendon might back themselves to put him on the straight and narrow.

Can't imagine he's worth too much due to baggage. Correct contract in place and if he stuffs up, move him on.

I like a good redemption story, however, we want character as much as ability. Thomas doesn't meet the first criteria.

Adrian Dodoro is the Rudi Giuliani of the AFL
Was once the Mayer of the USA and then became a guy needful of attention followed by criminal claims against… and finally disbarment… and disgrace….A little self touching with a hmmm... to boot…

Dodo is easily disliked but not on the scale of Giuliani.

Dodo has failed… leave it at that.

Excellent analysis

Shouldn't we be liking Dodo? He has done more than almost anyone to keep the Drugmakers irrelevant for the better part of two decades

I highly doubt one player would tear the fabric out of any club. You know that young men who have issues can turn those areas off their life around given the chance!
right you are… if he was not a recidivist. And twice caught we know it is not just twice caught. Put many more on and that is, my guess, the person.

unless you know the turning point of the life has happened, assume it has not!

I wouldn’t have a clue, but he is a young enough man to be able to change that part of his life for the better I would of thought.

Some combination of pick 3 and future pick for Ben King and 5.

Then 5 and Brocky for Pick 1?

Doable?

I’m happy with McKay, not fussed with Ratugolea… but not going to take a dump on him as a player. If Mitch has targeted him as player of need then I’ll back that decision.

As for the money, we have an absolute shit load of space. Those deals can be front ended and we’re absolutely in a good position to make some big moves over the next 2 years.

Over on the Fremantle board their suggesting we will have to part with pick 29 for Henry.
Seems overs to me and I would expect something coming back our way if that was the price we pay.
That's pretty fair on its own. I'd prefer to straight swap Brockman with some pick shuffles but if Brockman chooses West Coast, we have no bargaining power when it comes to him. Pick 29 for Henry is fair. He's a young player who has shown a bit in the back half of the year but is still more potential than performance.

Looking at it purely with improvement to spots on the list.

McKay replaces Frost.
Henry replaces Morrison.
Ratugolea replaces Kosi.
Gresham replaces Brockman.
Yep. And hopefully brockman offsets cost of Henry.

Gresham and McKay FAs

Ratugolea will cost us. Both scrim and DGBs name have been rumoured as possibly moving which should give us a surplus. But hard to see us having enough to end up with another first rounder (even a late one) unless we dip into future picks or there’s a salary dump to come.

Would someone like Chol from suns be a better option than ratugolea as a forward?

Rubbish

Players cannot dictate who drafts them
After that, they have every right to have a say in where they go
State, sure, even region (east/west vic)

Agree.
Chol has shown he can play forward and back, and is a solid backup ruck

I came here to post this.

Chol would be a much better acquisition for us than Esava. 44 goals in 2022. Sam Mitchell would absolutely be capable of harnessing that potential.

The first part of your post is stomach churning. Lose Scrimshaw but gain Ratugolea. 🤮🤮🤮. Jesus.
