Maybe if we had a head of football that wasn't an SANFL paper pusher...No. Umpiring in sanfl has been corrupt since we joined. Needs to be called out.
Ah yes playing in the VFL, what a fair unbiased competition, with absolutely no ramifications. I'm sure we'll love the umpiring in the VFL.Think it's already been confirmed either VFL or AFL reserves for us and Port next year.
Hope the SANFL die in debt. Aresholes.
There was another one where Gollant marked 45m out, yet the man on the mark crept up to be standing on the 50m line!Do you blame the players dropping their bundle with decisions like that not paid?
Clearly high to Pedlar but the free goes to WWT.
If we stay in this competition past this year under the terms we are given and the disgusting biased umpiring we are dead set ****ed
I would like crows and port to highlight this in their reasoning for exiting. It's been disgraceful.25 -12 free kick count is bad enough but at least 4 or 5 of those WWT frees were paid when iy=t was a blatant free kick to a Crows player.
Not in this competition their not, they are blatant cheats and the bald headed badger in pink doesn't even try to hide it. Amazing how many of our games he gets as well.Settle down. Umpires the least of the crows issues.
There are 2 bold magoos this week. Who knows which one it was.Is it the same bloke or are there more SANFL umps that are hair challenged?
No confirmation in that. Just rumours. On radio sanfl executives say there is a contract with them till 2028Think it's already been confirmed either VFL or AFL reserves for us and Port next year.
Hope the SANFL die in debt. Aresholes.
Why can't the Crows top up with players out of the VFL or past AFL players like the SANFL clubs...i.e. off the top of my head out there today. Connor Ballenden, Cam Fleeton, Luke Thompson, Riley Knight, Jarrad Redden, Josh MorrisAh yes playing in the VFL, what a fair unbiased competition, with absolutely no ramifications. I'm sure we'll love the umpiring in the VFL.
It would be better for SA football to allow us and port to put whatever team we want on the park. The death of the sanfl won't be good for youth pathways in the state.
The rules of our SANFL entry forbids it from memoryWhy can't the Crows top up with players out of the VFL or pasr=t AFL players like the SANFL clubs...i.e. off the top of my head out there today. Connor Ballenden, Cam Fleeton, Luke Thompson, Riley Knight, Jarrad Redden, Josh Morris
yep were getting flogged in the midfield but Hugh Bond drafted as a mid and Daniel Curtin getting sunburn on the roof of their mouth watching the ball sail over their head deep defence!! Bond should have gone straight to Adam DÁlioa as soon as he started to dominate clearances.Play Curtin in the midfield for a full game. Development of our players is terrible.
AFC player development 101I don't get why top up players are playing in our midfield before our afl listed potential midfielders.
They weren’t really today, Taylor, Pedlar and Edwards were in the middle a lotI don't get why top up players are playing in our midfield before our afl listed potential midfielders.
So there is a chance of employment for Nicks and Kelly next year ?There are 2 bald magoos this week. Who knows which one it was.
I can't see why Gollant can't swap places in defence with Curtin, Gollant CHB and Curtin High Half Forward just to change it up, Bond into the midfield rotations and Jay Boyle to the back pocket.Curtin did play higher up the ground today and it was a massive improvement on last week, hopefully takes some confidence from that
They both seemed to be too strong for ROB which surprised me. I was hoping his fitness would let him get on top in the second half, but double teaming by 2 big boys was too much.Well that was a hard watch.
Only two players who can be proud of their efforts today Taylor and Ryan
Taylor played to losing rucks and had to earn every kick. He has a football brain the anti-Ned and uses the ball to advantage by foot or hand. Play him now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ryan makes some rookie mistakes but he gave his best and tries hard to create with his run
How bad were ROB and Ned. For experienced hands they were a real disappointment and showed that their dropping was well deserved. Thank god ROB didn’t play as I suggested. He was shit house it’s obvious both have checked out.
Coaches need a huge clean out too if that is the best they can bring to the table. No changes to personnel during game. Surely we could try gollant in back half or baby John Burgess. We were getting killed in defence with their talls but no changes made.
Curtin was only fair so let’s put him on the ball. Why wait till the last 5 minutes to do that. Jesus F Christ. On Curtin he must hit the ball with much greater intensity. He is soft in his attack atm mcasey like
Gallagher stil not looking any better than div 5 footballer.
Edwards also needs to work on his hardness at the aggat and his fitness
The reserves are playing on memory atm. This was one of their worst displays. Really disappointing effort
Knee they said in a tackle. The commentators said earlier Smith was injured. Anyone knows what happened. fwiw his 1st 1/4 was good.
