He left him high and dry.
He died in June last yearIs Matt Rendell still wandering the wilderness? Consultant, if he’d do it. If not I wouldn’t blame him.
We wasted Easter then. Vale. Apparently a good bloke. He died in June last year
No I thought you were making a cryptic joke about beef. Hung and dry. So I made a silly comment about it being aged. Don’t mind me. I’ll let myself outDoesn't bother me.

More like which 25yo injured player we will pick upMid season draft is May 29, considering we will be near the bottom and we have Milera we can place on LTI, surely we will partake?
Which defender can we pick up?
If you did, remind him he still owes me a bottle of Penfolds RWT for the Thilthorpe betDid you hear that from Faith?
Yeah given the footage I’ve seen, at this stage I’d definitely call it an off game for himSmillie had an off game? Pretty unimpressive. Lumbering, poor decisions and disposal.

Dodd 22 - nice hands and kick - unsure but Port Districts local clubShane Oxlade trained gelding broke his maiden today at Gawler, horse named Dodd.
Apparently named after an elderly indigenous mate of Shane's from Port Augusta.
Where is Harry Dodd from?
If we get it right, we will destroy their development by playing them out of position anywayDoesn’t matter.. we’ll muck it up anyway
I think there's always an element of so called dumb luck in every club, having said that there's no substitute for development and simply recruiting lads that can football, port might not have identified butters as a prime mid, but Geewizz he could football as a junior. As much as it pains me to say Port just have a better and more ruthless footy department, they've identified that the draft is not the primary list building tool it once was, they identified the need to build a strong engine room, identified Rozee, JHF and butters as their future and also Drew as well, they went hard to get what they wanted, some might say throwing the baby out with the bathwater, however I think they are clever, they fixed their backline by trading in players, they will do tge same next year with their forward line. They have eye's focused on the future but not at tge expense of the present, they understand this very well. Geelong and Sydney are great exponents of the same system, probably better as they haven't had high end draft capital for a long time and yet a large % of the talent they bring in has impact. I love the AFC, They are my club, however I admire Geelong, Sydney and even Port for the way the recruit, develop and run a club. Almost all of the Crows board and staff are too full of ego( not the right kind, needed to win), lack vision and leadership and the ability to create. I am not sold on Nicks either way to be honest, he's too nice, lacks in game coaching nouse but is a good relationship builder, coaching might not be in his wheelhouse but let's see. I think Buckley would be a great fit if you can get back to coaching IMOPort’s recruitment strategy looks good because they identify and choose their targets well.
We get kudos for recruiting our captain and gun midfielder, except we identified and chose him as a HB.
Some would say dumb luck.
Gossip is bullshit anyway, some of the best advice I was given " believe half of what you see, less of what you hear and none of what others seen or heard"Don't like hearing that, Hayward seems like a good kid.
A forward thinking club grounded in the present would be playing Curtin now and leave him in the main team to develop. If he's as good as we all think he can be, his trade capital rises anyway and if he wants to go up the Eagles will need to ante up or we keep him for another year, either way we win. Second option and most likely, we play Curtin as a KPD, he does a few nice things but nothing spectacular, adter 3 or 4 games we drop him back to the SANFL to work on his game. Daniel then wakes up to the fact he's playing for a club that don't know how to get the best out of him and wants to go home, leaving West Coast in the box seat trade wise. This is the level of nonsense we have to put up with at AFC, it has to stop.Gee. I'd be really reluctant to part with Curtin as i do think he will become a huge bodied agile mid in a season or 2 when he gets the AFL fitness. The kid is a massive talent. THE ONLY caveat to that is if there is noise about him wanting back to WA then yes i'd deal for WC 1st this year but not by also parting with our 1st which could be a top 5 pick itself. A future f1, yeah i guess so.
I realised after I read your response
How is Hargreave looking bigman?WWT under 18 looking like they could have a massive number of boys recruited this year. At least 4-5. Best side in sanfl. Even more if include welsh and herbert
I wonder if they upgrade Toby Murray and move burgers to the backlineMid season draft is May 29, considering we will be near the bottom and we have Milera we can place on LTI, surely we will partake?
