where is Kalani White in the draft, or is it 2025
already 197cm
Don't get me wrong, I think he is a great player but saw Will Phillips play heaps and he was better than Levi as a junior but the fact he was fully developed by age 15 has meant he has struggled to find another gear at AFL level. This is my only concern for Levi. Not sure when you last saw the two standing next to each other.
Levi is about a centimetre shorter, but has a broader build, just hasn’t hit the gym like Will has.
Looks like he’ll be a natural Dayne Zorko replacement in the future.

His kicking is good. Nothing to worry about there. As I wrote earlier he ticks every box but I’m just concerned that he doesn’t have much development left in him, especially physically. How’s his kicking compared to Will? Probably one of the weaker parts of Will’s game.

AgreedWatched the Oakleigh boys again v Northern. The top age boys were all really good this week and ensured a big win for Chargers.
Looking at the bottom age boys it is rinse/repeat with Jagga, Finn, Tom Gross, Pat Retschko, Charlie Richardson and Tadghe McCarthy all having solid games again. Consistency of effort & performance from all the boys would have to be ticking lots of boxes with the recruiters for next year.
why are Oakleight playing 3 over age players this late in the season? Teal, Elliot and Walker all born in 2004?Agreed
Dunno, don’t think any of them is in draft contention.why are Oakleight playing 3 over age players this late in the season? Teal, Elliot and Walker all born in 2004?
today is their last game as they have been knocked out by Eastern who didn't play any over age playersDunno, don’t think any of them is in draft contention.
Who does O'Sullivan play like? Is he the clear standout or is the group more close in talent than the 2023 draft crop where we have a clear #1 (Reid).i had to add Gerryn, Hewitt and Murphy Reid, i also pushed up Moraes

I think noobermensch has a highlights package you can check out, I think he is the standout for 2024, I thought this before he won the mvp at the u16s in this thread and its dated.Who does O'Sullivan play like? Is he the clear standout or is the group more close in talent than the 2023 draft crop where we have a clear #1 (Reid).
Was probably counterweighted by the amount of bottom age kids Oakleigh had compared to Eastern. Deserved win to Eastern but honestly Oakleigh should have won it.today is their last game as they have been knocked out by Eastern who didn't play any over age players
Yep I've got three of his games:
Creative and efficient disposal. Lovely sidestep. Reckon he can move sideways faster than most move forwards.
Not for me at this stage, but that's a tough benchmark to reach.Better than Reid?

Ricky Mentha has looked good for Gippsland this finals series, I was hoping he was a Haw NGA, but it seems he's from the NT, glad he got a spot in the team so I can see how he goes at the rep level.Future stars to feature ahead of 2023 Toyota AFL Grand Final

Yes.What's the go with Sam Marshall? Was he offered a scholarship to board at a Melbourne school and has retained his place in the Lions academy as a result?
Could be the beginning of a trend then. Historically very uncommon for Queenslanders to move to Victoria for footy but now we've got Sam Marshall (Melbourne Grammar), Caleb Nancarrow (Scotch) and Boston Everitt (Carey) all coming through in 2024. Perhaps the APS schools realised what they were missing out on when Will Ashcroft moved down at 15 and really opened the door for Queenslanders to dominate the Victorian pathway.Must have.
Much like Caleb Nancarrow.
