And take Allan lolPick 6 is becoming too difficult, just trade up for 2.

Sorry, this is made up. Show me the data!
He takes solid marks, but not pack marks. Neither does Cripps or Dusty or Buddy for that matter.
Interesting. Rioli and lalor would have much better top speeds though. You know Dusty and Rioli both got the same 20m sprint time at draft camp.
Wonder if Dees jump for Bo at 5 now.I think and tbh Cal has backed this up, there’s probably more chance of Smilie being there at our next pick then Bo.
I think that’s the thinking of our club now. Guarantee Bo and high percentage Smilie gets through or Guarantee Smilie and small chance Bo gets through.
There’s so much going on atm. We’ve settled on Lalor only recently.
What about pick 11 and 23 to giants
For picks 15 and 16
Was WAFL seniors, and he played as a defender there. Playing mids for WA in the U18s, he averaged 20.Can someone who knows more than the masses sell Bo Allan to me?
I’m trying not to be negative but I hate in between players. Is he a midfielder or is he a defender? Why did he only average 11 touches in the WAFL? What are his strengths? What are his weaknesses?
It is giving me flashbacks to when we reached for Conca.
Agreed but he doesn't have his midfield craft, composure etc etc
*Read Twomey's Phantom Draft
This does not apply to Lindsay.I'd say FOS is "slowly becoming out of the question" because he won't be there. I've always found the biggest obstacle to drafting a player is someone already picked them
Remember Martin at the 2019 prelim sprinting and stuffing up a kick against Geelong in the fwd 50. He was just as quick, just not as much endurance for repeat sprints as Rioli.Interesting. Rioli and lalor would have much better top speeds though.
Always an exception to the ruleThis does not apply to Lindsay.
Agree with most Ca man. Not the clean hands though. He’s not a clean one touch handler IMO. Not terrible but compared to the top mids…He averaged 20 at champs and 6 tackles as a mid and 21 touches at colts.
Has a lot of development needed to be a mid.
But his pros
Very good over head
Left footer and penetrating kick
Leadership
campaigner
Loves to tackle
probably the best athlete in the pool(maybe fos or tauru)
Big lad at 191cm
Versatile
Clean hands
Very good at contested stuff.
He needs to improve his decision making with ball in hand and find easier ball.
Edit: bit late but he’s also good at breaking tackles.
EaglesI haven't watched Gettable today. Did Twomey mention that we're considering trialing Van Ess and Hotton in the SSP?
There’s similarities. Allan still says he’s new to midfield with a lot to learn.yep
But Allan a much much better athlete, and more a midfielder
Fact or opinion? Asking for tiger_toughI'd say FOS is "slowly becoming out of the question" because he won't be there. I've always found the biggest obstacle to drafting a player is someone already picked them
People love peddling BS on forums.Anyone else heard Josh Smillie has only taken one contested mark in his whole life? Bit of a concern.
Guaranteed hahaView attachment 2169189
It’s what we are all here for truly! surely we draft at least 2 guys that get written off as being duds before they’ve had one training session
Am I missing something? Did the draft already happen.I haven't watched Gettable today. Did Twomey mention that we're considering trialing Van Ess and Hotton in the SSP?
