The worry with Steele is he's been shit but also the saints started scoring goals and look almost immediately better when he left the CBA's. He didn't get one the whole second half.

So who's to say Ross doesn't make him play forward more in the coming weeks? Because it worked

I have just made a similar pivot and think that might be a better move.

Essentially swapping Oliver to Neale for NWM to Zorko
1. Leaves me with 18 on field next week pre-trades (Oliver to Neale would have left me with 17)
2. Unfortunately means that I likely hold and field Oliver next week. But maybe he will be better without Petracca?

Steele likely gone next week, with Dunkley and Sinclair skating on thin ice. Zorko just OK after looking like a 150+ and Schoenmaker great on debut.

Still can't believe the "dangerous tackle" free against Dunkley tonight... most people aren't that careful putting their kids to bed.

Yep... the "who" question is a big one. I already have all the main ones that people are talking about... Gulden, Heeney, Ryan, Serong etc, but I also have a few underperformers... Steele, Green, Dunkley (since I brought him in two weeks ago).

I've had Gawn and Grundy since round one, and realistically, neither of them are a priority to trade out.

Next week will be a test. As it stands, I will have 16 premos (or almost premos in Fisher and Simpkin) and one or two rookies playing. Really need to dump a couple of bench duds in Z Reid and Mannagh.

Not sure if I am in the position to trade out players like Steele and Green before fixing the bench.

Peatling out is annoying, got his 50k and 98 last week but not worth it now he's dropped, could have banked cash and now a trade behind.

Just Zorko, Steele and Arie tonight, fielding 20 all up, 15 premos + Simpkin and rooks. Saints looked good without Steele in the midfield in Q4 so wonder if that holds. Will look to move him on to Merrett next week.

i traded Steele to Clark this week to set up for round 15. Looking decent so far.

Now I just need to trade that spud Dunkley to a seagull HBF and we’re golden.

Plus Marshall ....who I managed to get the (VC) off ...but ended up with a respectable score

Schoenmaker, great ....Steele impacted by RTB putting him fwd

Steele tagged and played out of position. Coach has lost his mind. Still, Steele failing to ton in 6 of the last 9 games is concerning.

Not sure about Zorko. I think it just didn’t go his way in the second half. Was looking like I’d need to use the actual C at one point.
