I'd prefer Lewis Young tbhDons skipper has his say after Stringer, Laverde denied contract extensions
The meeting between Zach Merrett and coach Brad Scott came a day after Stringer and Laverde met the club to discuss their futures.www.theage.com.au

I'd be interested to hear why the Suns signed Rosa's till the end of '25 this year and then released him from his contract immediately recently.Houston said this morning quite categorically that he will not leaving Port this season. Aleer will take some creativity to get across as well as Petracca but he'd be a massive get.
Still think Rosas should be a high priority as the lightning speed we need up forward, worst case he remains a bit lazy defensively and he's delisted a couple years later after being on minimal cash.

I play footy with Dimmas son, will see if I can find out before the season finishes up. Doesn't normally give much away thoughI'd be interested to hear why the Suns signed Rosa's till the end of '25 this year and then released him from his contract immediately recently.
Can play a bit but maybe some baggage attached?
Didnāt realise that, very interesting/strange.I'd be interested to hear why the Suns signed Rosa's till the end of '25 this year and then released him from his contract immediately recently.

Clearly something off field or re standards at training etc not being metDidnāt realise that, very interesting/strange.
No dramas, bring him in on the cheap and if he does have issues Iād back our club/leadership to fix him. Could be quiet the player where after with some luck.Clearly something off field or re standards at training etc not being met
I sure hope we do our homework because his speed is exactly what we need.Clearly something off field or re standards at training etc not being met
We got Elijah back on track, hopefully Rosas could be the sameNo dramas, bring him in on the cheap and if he does have issues Iād back our club/leadership to fix him. Could be quiet the player where after with some luck.
Exactly. IMO these are the little risks sometimes a club needs to take.(who knows what if any issues he has going on) u pay bugger all for him so if it doesnāt work out then we move on.We got Elijah back on track, hopefully Rosas could be the same
I was one of the vocal few that stood up for Moir in the VFL threads. As I said at the time, he was coming from a long way back with his injury history and is a very competitive young man (despite what some YouTube recruiters had said) - his body had just let him down. You don't see talent like his every day. Even when not getting much of it, you could see how good he was with ball in hand.
I don't think I have seen anyone so genuinely excited to be making his debut as Ashton. Was great he could do it in Perth where part of his extended family still live so as they could see it live too. It's going to be exciting to watch him develop. Like many players, the progress may not be linear.

And to think that I was upset we didnāt pickup Laverde instead of Boakhurst in that draft alll those years agoLaverde is just average. I'd have a look at Cooper Vickery as a DFA if he isn't offered a contract
Iād argue quite a few in that draft wouldāve been a better pickā¦Still would have been a better pick regardless
Dead set on Collingwood apparentlyWe should have a look at Mark Keane. Sounds like heād be available for an F3/F2.
Which means any trade capital they can get for Noble or Richards is meaningless, thus no chance of Trac!Dead set on Collingwood apparently
