God I love this post, Ha ha ha, brilliant chubbs! :D

There was an article a few weeks ago saying Port are keen on him as a Dixon replacement. You’d reckon they’d grab him with one of their 30’s picks. One of the so-called experts said he’d be ready to go Round 1. You’d think teams would be falling over themselves to pick a big guy who may be good enough to play straight away.
Yeah definitely a team will snap him up in the 30's . It must be the lack of tank/speed compared to the other key forwards.
I suppose Stumpf would be the big riser with his 20m under 3 seconds and hiring a personal trainer to improve yourself is pretty good from him, but yeah interesting GMan is 30-50 range by the looks of it.

Because you need talls , you have the midfield sorted.
Uncanny.. we've found Richmond's version of Nostrils!

The Temu version though.. no one does Nostrils like our Nostrils..

It's what Brady should have said from the outset. Would stop all the clowns carrying on like we are desperate.
Well the problem with that is you haven't conditioned the fan base that something might happen with a trade.
He and Todd probably couldn't been a bit more blunt with "the deal has to work for us".
Funnily enough the Crows only have pick 4 and 64 and there's no talk about them trading anything.
The only thing that really matters is what the deal is and what is acceptable to us to split 2 or move the F1.
The rest is just media discussion to fill the airwaves until draft night.

Brisbane won a premiership with daniher (godly during the finals) hipwood and Logan Morris. Terrible key fwds overall considering.

Collingwood mihocek and don't event know?

Earlier Richmond riewoldt alone then with lynch, really good combo but no depth behind them for injuries.

Geelong recently a good Hawkins with, was it neale and Henry or just Henry? Still not screaming out but good.

Larkey alone is good, our "desperation" for a fwd isn't as bad as what we all make out.

In FOS we trust. Or Lalor. Or whoever. If we get a good deal then brilliant we got a tall but who cares either way we ain't desperate
I can understand how you might think this, but terrible take.

We have struggled so much to retain the ball and transition from HB. Quite a lot of this stems not only from poor disposal and laziness/lack of fitness to keep moving, but having proper targets to release the pressure with a contested mark or killing a 50/50.

Teakle’s addition made an astronomical difference despite him having quite mediocre stats. We need more of this. It might even be great to have a player with killer instinct and attributes to worry opposition defences. Further to this, we need depth. The only proven forward is Larks. And he struggles enormously without support because he is mediocre in contested marking situations.

FOS looks tall and rangy for a mid. I had him at the 187cm Chris Judd size then saw he's 182cm.

To the seasoned watchers, does he look taller than his under-age year when that figure might’ve been taken?
It’s the Judd/Trotter proportions of seemingly not having a neck and having really long legs for his height.

But don't forget the slider they are hoping for at pick #6.
The TiGTOk clowns will be unbearable regardless of what happens.
-They never wanted to trade and “player X was always our guy”
-They always wanted to trade, “we knew we had North where we wanted them”
Is there a bigger sheep mentality supporter base? Good luck to em…..I couldn’t wear the onesie. I guess masturbating in the parents basement would have some upside though, on various days. Free wifi etc.

Not saying we don't need it. I'm just saying reaching at pick 2 for it shouldn't happen.
Also acknowledged the difference is daniher provides the dynamic contested marking, larkey doesnt.

If larkey did, we probably don't need anyone.

They could package up their three F3's (Crows, GWS & Dees I think) for a F2. I'm sure there's lots of deals flying around.
What if it was their F1+4 for 2+F2…….probably really only 8-10 picks apart. Probably light on for us, as we want in on this draft.

I always feel the crows should be better than they are…..good looking side in full flight with the ball.
I am from Adelaide though and do have a soft spot for them. Malcom coached there and he’s the whole reason I followed North when we moved to Melbourne in 70’s.

I'm sure we'd ask for that deal. Just not sure the Crows would do that to move up two spots.
