I would take Tauru so long as we find a way to get either Hannaford, Berry or one of the second tier talls with our f2 and/or the return on trading down from 2.

Jonty Faull is worth a shout as well. Worried Berry or Hannaford would waste away in the 2s if we picked one of them

We lack proven small forwards, more so than any other team, so they shouldn’t be wasting away in the 2s, but I’m not exactly in a position to wield influence over the selection committee.

Stating the obvious, but if we end with Tauru, Armstrong, let’s say, and Berry/Trainor/Hannaford we might be ok with that. Dunno.
Tigers are idiots IMO…….unless a deal is in place already. But that’s what I think they could have and should have pushed for.

Shit. Lacking in logic but it's done... we move on. We got Larkey for pick 700 instead.

How many flags have they won since we did that? As far as I'm concerned it's 2-all in the AFL, Premierships won in Queensland don't count. They haven't beaten a Melbourne-based team in the big
dance since 1980. 45 years (might be 60 at their current rate) and counting for Tigre's.

Trainor (20ish)

Around on par with Ofarrell, Barnett

For me I view different. None of the kids this year greatly excite me. Watch Kerch and Reid last year by comparison.
Tauru I view with the highest upside of the lot. I also have come around to he will be a forward.

I'm certainly leaning toward a forward Tauru. Wouldn't complain at all, just hope we can sort out some other picks on the night.
