I know they are different incidents but Heeneys looks worse every week

The issue I will have is if Maynard does not get give a week. The AFL at both the tribunal and in appeal argued that Heeney choosing to break a hold was actively choosing to hit and it was therefore intentional. Maynard has chosen to fend off and therefore by their own argument must be deemed to be intentional. If it is not adjudged as so, we will see as clear a bias in the way the league interprets incidents based on club/player.
