unsure if our hands were'nt tied in earlier years and contracts. Has to be a clean out with hard calls on the perennially injured. I think this year is the year to make those calls with a now solid board. I'd back Voss in, try to bring in an assistant with game day nous, replace Russel with??, and if you can't get on the park consistently there is no use on you being here.

Ok... hard call on the perennially injured then. Doc's gone then? I think that 3 ACL's in the last 6 years would qualify him for that?

If our season is done now (Port are up), then I would give Russell a golden handshake and get in the new guy ASAP to do an assessment on the guys who suffered soft tissue injuries this year and work out whether what we can do to sort them out. Maybe do something to help them out. Some of them are worth keeping on, some of them should be gone for all money.
