We had a rough run with the umps in first half and 3rd quarter.
To be fair though, today's stats will flatten out last week's anomaly
I get what you’re saying but Pittonet is critical to our clearance game, TDK can play the SOS role
I’d like both in the team soon

Had a look at their board, a lot of them are acknowledging their ****ups, and know their players were responsibleFreo fans haven't taken this loss well.

Exactly, you can’t just tee off on an umpire and expect there to be no repercussionsHad a look at their board, a lot of them are acknowledging their *ups, and know their players were responsible
A lot of people were critical of the umpiring last week, paying lots of ‘soft’ free kicks and the high count, but I actually think that it is much better, being red hot on holding-the-ball and incorrect disposal, as opposed to today when they largely let it go, bar for the 3 goals to the Dockers. We did hence why we would've been upset with the umpiring had we lost.
But the umpiring at the end was putrid. I don't blame them for being angry.
Just want a well umpired game. Even the neutral games where I couldn't give a single care who won have been umpired atrociously.
No tin foil hats needed. No conspiracies. It's just not been remotely close to the standard required this year.
They’re on a hiding to nothing. Put the whistle away and people will whinge. We did hence why we would've been upset with the umpiring had we lost.

Not to us, only against usWe got holding the ball a lot today and it got paid.

It's a strange, if that were the case then you would think we would be throwing our forwards in there more like Kennedy and Fogarty and we aren't.Carroll has been ok but we are carrying him a bit with his low TOG and hes clearly our weakest link in midfield...im worried that there's too much load on our core mids with Carroll only a bit part contributor at the moment and injuries to Doc, Walsh, Cunners and now E Hollands.
Smashed at clearances today isn't a good sign.
Stam they were there. Not to us, only against us
I know, and yet we didn’t get themStam they were there.
Time in possession, last 10 minutes.
Them 9%, Us 36%
I didn’t see ours mate.I know, and yet we didn’t get them

I guess in dispute?Does that mean it was on the ground the other 55%? I didn't realise they counted it that way.
And if we converted those easy shots we would've won by 5 goals and the umpires wouldn't rate a mention.I would be dirty too. But realistically a better side would’ve put us away comfortably today. They just aren’t there yet.
He dropped the ball and it looked like a bump/tackle. We were very nervous tonight and it showed.Though the one against Acres was not a tackle. He knocked him off the ball and didn't actually have his arms around him.
Don't really agree. Freo's game plan was to strangle us with flooding so in return they rob themselves of the ability to score freely. They dragged us down to their level. No team would be able to score freely if they are playing a 20 player defence.I would be dirty too. But realistically a better side would’ve put us away comfortably today. They just aren’t there yet.
