Ouch, but good to see Chuckie seemingly in good spirits

Update on Rohan

Forward Gary Rohan made a surprise appearance at training after having surgery last Tuesday on a fractured skull.

Rohan did light ball drills while sporting a clear shaved section of his hair, in which staples were visibly seen across the top of his head.

Missed opportunity to shave either the front or the back completely off.

I'm pretty sure it's been suggested by some that Blicavs didn't look right at times this year, and this confirms it - also potentially explains why we saw him kicking with his left more often than not

Hopefully taking the option to rest it rather than surgery is the correct call, and that he can get a clear run at things next season

He was fantastic once he went back later in the season. Even better effort from him when you consider he was playing under duress the whole time.

I had it. Very painful. Like having a bruised sole and putting weight on it. A designed insole cured mine very quickly but presumably that hasn’t worked for Blics and his is a lot worse. Or he just needed to rest it but couldn’t as he was playing.

Not that it matters too much at this stage, any updates on Holmes injury?
Plus KROCK guys said Bruhn could hardly move after the game because of a hip issue, which may have been a problem this week if we had of won. Also may partly explain his low number of disposals.

Holmes basically says it was nothing and heading to USA. No rehad needed.
If that is true, it is annoying as him going off the ground was a huge turning point

Very odd, seems he mentally just talked himself into self preservation for fear of missing another grand final. Hopefully he learns from this

“Geelong assistant coach Steven King says he “cooked myself in the altitude room” before his scary collapse in front of players the day before the Cats’ preliminary final.”

that does make sense. he just didn't look right through the midfield nor the wing. played ok behind the ball

The rest thing worries me as we often hear that and then months later it hasn't worked and they go for surgery. of course they know better than I do so I hope they get it right.

If he can get back to 2023 form then that would be a big boost
