I don't know they still have Balta, Broad and Gibcus (ACL March this year). They will need to get a replacement for Broad but they key defenders are better than ours.

They will have Vlastuin and Short down back, they will try and do a Sheezel and get a talented kid to play down back early on.

They had a lot of injury issues with Prestia(13), Taranto(15) and Hopper(12). If they can get more of a full season out of them then they will probably hold up better. They need an injection of young midfield talent there. Tarranto is 26, Hopper 27 so they will play for a while. Prestia is 32 and not sure how much footy he has left. They will want to get an inside mid.

Nankervis is still kicking in the ruck.

Lynch only played 4 games and Cumberland only 6, but yeah, their forward line makes ours look decent. They need a lot of work there. If they use all the picks they currently have, they can solve a lot of problems. They might not be down as long as people think.
yeah, I can't help but think they take Armstrong at 6, and suspect why they may entertain a trade with us to split 2,,,,they get their best ranked mid, and Armstrong. Avoids hoping no-one else beats them to it. If we could split 2, and still get Armstrong, Tauru, and our best rated small forward i would do it, but I suspect Richmond would take him at 2. Perhaps the club is aware of that, and why trading F1 into this draft is a preference. If you're going to take a KPP, better off getting em as early as possible as they take time. Overall, I think if we want Armstrong we'd need to take him at 2. I know nothing of course.

If we can turn 2 and 25 into 2 picks in the top 10ish, parker, Daniel, and konstanty I'd say that's a pretty great result.

Get two highly rated young players in in an even draft, address our small forward need, add an AA half back and an experienced yet still very good mid-forward, with the latter two adding heaps of maturity and experience

Recruiting failed first-rounders based on their underage form is the oldest trap in the book. Somehow we fall for it year after year. Here are our most recent examples:

Paul Ahern
Nathan Hrovat
Jared Polec
Dom Tyson
Aiden Bonar
Jaidyn Stephenson
Callum Coleman-Jones
Dylan Stephens

How many were wins?
