Sure a shit want to make sure Philipou, NWM, Tauru, Travaglia, Wilson were not coming out of contract during that window. For them to be able to be picked off as free agents would be brutal
I think the 2024 crop is OOC

Riley Onley,Dyson Sharp,Oliver Greeves along with Willem Duursma are rated in AFL's very. early Top 10 that are not and players that suit our needs.
So if we end up with a top4 pick at end of 2025 minor round, more than likely 1 of them will be in RWB even if draft is comprised
Add Fred Rodriguez and Hibbins-Hargreaves to that list - both would be great as skillful speedy mids

Having the right experience and standard setters is critical during a rejuvenation of the list. Add to the fact if his stable presence helps us keep Nas. Add to that we need to spend the cap.
Not sure 1 touch in a half yesterday was exactly setting the standard, to be honest. He was just nowhere.

You may be right, but I won't shut up about it until it does happen.
None of us should.
And I hope Basset keeps on and on about it, because no one’s listening to the ordinary supporter.
But it’s a blight on the competition.

Wouldn’t mind having a crack at starcevich to add some experience to our d50 alongside Wilkie
Suffered his second concussion in three weeks on Saturday and his third concussion in eight months. I think any potential suitor will have to take a "wait and see" approach as the season unfolds (and that includes the Lions re-signing him).

I'd like to see something similar to thr NHL to build the team. Can protect 10 players. Players drafted thr last 2 years don't count. Part will depend how the AFLPA want to allow player movement

A player with his experience and running power should have no trouble at all finding the ball, even a dozen cheap touches might have made a difference.

Looking at the game I was less than impressed by the coaching. Message should have gone out to Hill to get involved with a few cheap kicks and shoenmakers boot wasn’t used at all. Zero attempt to get him the ball and let him launch it on the wind, a few chaos balls might have worked in our favour.

Geelong looked very good so we’ll need to turn a few things around if we want to be competitive.

Even with everyone on the park our biggest weakness is 2 gorilla's down back i'm talking about 198+ sizes, forget TDK he's brother Sam is the one we need & Dalrymple start scouring the globe for 2 ready made key backman to partner Wilkie who would be our 3rd tall.

Should have picked up a state league KP like Ethan Phillips just in case.
