Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right place for this but wanted to catch a few eyes that might be interested and thought this might be the best place to find potentially interested people!

We are looking for a coach to fill a vacant spot in a longstanding Keeper League - it's a competition running since 2004 with some inaugural members still playing! One of the coaches has dropped out so we need a new one.

Squad set up and weekly scoring:
14 coaches have 50 unique players. Each week you name a squad of 22 players and 8 emergencies. From there, your best 18 from your initial 22 named, make up your team's score.

We use Google Sheets for most of our drafting, trading, team keeping and scoring, scores are automatically uploaded throughout the round.

Team balance
The aim of Superleague is to have teams reflect real AFL as much as practical. So teams need to name genuine tall players in key Forward/Defender and Ruck roles. These players need to have played there for a certain period of time or recruited there in the afl draft.

Positions include:
FWD2/DEF2- Pocket players
Mid/Fwd or Mid/Def - Centre/Wings and flanks
Mid - Midfield/wings only
KPF/KPD - Full Forward and CHF or Full back and CHB or their respective pockets
Ruck - Ruck and forward pocket as a resting ruck.

Trading and drafting rules are pretty much how you would expect. We primarily communicate via a Telegram group.

Our Offseason trade period is due to start shortly after the Grand Final so would be great to get a coach before then.

The team you would be taking includes players such as: Bontempelli, Merrett, Sicily, Dunkley, Macrae, Darcy Cameron

MY OBSERVATIONS

PREMIUMS
JHF as a DPP would be nearly first picked for mine with Max Holmes
Rucks X and Grundy again
Ranga Richards as a pure mid could find another 10-20 ppg
Touk to rebound after a messy 2024
Suitcase i reckon is set for a good 2025
Barrass as a Hawk would be an easy pick too

MID LEVEL / SPECULATION PICKS
Be interesting to see where Mannagh plays next year deep forward or up the ground more
Miers similar might get way more midfield minutes if Parfitt and Duncan go and Danger shifts to forward/mid role
Cerra needs to pull his finger out in the off season
Harley Reid should be better again if the Eagles can maybe get another mid to support the load
Archie Roberts hell yes
Bolton at Freo should be way better than he was this year

ROOKIES/CHEAPIES
Levi Ashcroft be interesting to see where they slot him in or when he gets a game
Hopefully Schoenmaker is super fit come rd1 as he and NWM should light it up
Cooper Lord more than showed enough for the Blues
Saad El-Hawli should take Heppell or Kelly's spot and please god let Zac Reid come good
DGB if he's the steak knives in the Barrass deal might get to resurrect his career back home in WA in the Eagles defence
