How would that even work? It's not possible without completely obscuring the crowd's vision of not just the cricket, but any event at the ground.Im not kidding you now, someone in the crowd is going to get killed one day.
And you know what will happen? every ground around the world will have fencing around the ground to protect the fans. You heard it first.
No doubt?Literally wants to drop a 21 year old on debut when he was no doubt told to bat the way he did by the team okay dude, you clearly have your finger on the pulse when it comes to team building
Yikes. I know times are tough but just saw this post? Im not sure if the prices are right in order to attract bigger crowds.
Who is forking out that kind of dosh for an unmeaningful series?

This clip shows about the different seating options. And watching this clip, I agree with pretty much everything that guy said.Is reserved seating normal at SCG? At the MCG reserved seating is always exxy but then most of the place is GA and thats like $20ish
Yes, they need to drop the prices a bit. Was thinking about popping in to the G on Friday but the prices put me off
They used to feel like a real event in your city in the 90's 'n early 2000's, it doesn't even feel like they have advertising traction any more. Everyone slags FTA these days but you were more aware of ODI's etc with all the coverage & ads.. ridiculous pricing & less visibility equals who cares I'll take the kids to BBL.Tickets were a lot cheaper back in the 80s and 90s for ODIs back when Australia and other teams played their full strength ODI line ups.
Not to mention all the ODIs were on FTA back then and not hidden behind a pay tv paywall, it's no wonder the crowds have dropped off.
Given how crazy expensive everything is there (ignoring the ticket costs) you'd be mad to want to spend the whole day at the cricket with a fam. I'm a lucky person, I'm in a well paying job without any intention of having kids with my partner. I can spend my day there, blow $150 on food and beers for me and it's no skin off my back. They used to feel like a real event in your city in the 90's 'n early 2000's, it doesn't even feel like they have advertising traction any more. He’s made a couple of Shield 100s and churns out regular runs here and in county cricket. He also hit a 30 ball 100 over in the England T20 league last year. The guy has always been able to bat.The real crime is that Sean Abbott has an international half century.
He’s way better on Triple MLara is such a boring commentator. Probably my all time favourite batsman but just isn't of any value behind the mic
State cricket has become the most invisible of all. It's the same with the domestic state one day comp, they used to get good crowds to games and they were shown on Ch9 on weekends.
Now those games are played on weekdays in front of almost no one and hidden away on pay tv, it seems like CA only care about the BBL.
There's an argument to be made that it simply was always going to become less relevant as the world got smaller and the internet era began.State cricket has become the most invisible of all.
Side on angle showed it smacked the little cable box behind the stumps, not the stump itselfSmashed bottom of the stumps, moved the stumps, bail doesn’t come off
Something needs to be done about that. Happening too often. If you hit the stumps you want the bail falling off at the slightest touch.
