Do you reckon Spanger will play. For a rare ocassion over the last few years you will be entering a final with a backline that is a lot taller than the oppositions forward line.

On paper we are tall, but Stratton, Gibson and Burgoyne can also play small if required. There's no suitable match-up for Spangher, so he'll most likely play up forward as Roughead will spend some time at the center bounces.

Looks about right to me too. How about the forward line matchups?

Finals Footy is a completely different ball game and Sewell is a finals specialist.



Agree that Suckling won't play. Rioli for Simpkin. Which is unfortunately as I really like the way Simpkin goes about it. Can also kick goals.

Rioli likely to play inside the forward 50 which makes him a very difficult match-up for Port.

Port fans, who would you play on Breust and Rioli?

Just had a feeling that Brad would be dropped. Port play quick and fast and Brad is not the right option.

I'm a tad more confident with Sewell not being in for them.Suckling while a elite kick, is extremely suspect under pressure, with Chad, Neadey, Robbie buzzing around he can be prone to giving up goals and his defensive skills aren't that great if he lines up at half back.The whole Cyril thing reaks of arrogance to me, he's playing in the reserves game to be ready for next week? That's how I have read it, didn't a certain team say something about travel and 6 day breaks when we faced them last week? Quietly confident still maybe a touch more so.
