I actually enjoy watching India, some great players. It's just the odd character over the years who has rubbed me up the wrong way, Harbajan Singh for example.

Ok, so I noticed this in the 1st test and again now. The helmet Steve Smith is wearing is illegal. After Phil Hughes the icc put in the rule about the neck protection at the back of the helmet. At first it was voluntary and Smith said he didn’t like it and didn’t wear it, it then became mandatory.
The black protection that’s on the back of the helmet hangs down and gives that extra protection. Smith has one but cheats by having the whole thing stuck to the helmet with none of it hanging down for protection.
Can anyone else see this or am I seeing things?
I don’t normally notice this stuff but because it was bought in because of a players death I find it the height or arrogance for Smith to do this. He needs to be sanctioned for this and publicly apologise.
