In our worst season in history with spuds galore getting games that sums up his uselessness.
Reality is the 2017 GF has been overhyped... who knows maybe Sloane had niggling injuries after 1/2 time like Heeney but never revealed that? The injured shoulder big deal plenty have done that but the softies on this site who get a papercut and call a team meeting before having 2 weeks off have tried to make it sound like Francis Bourke-esque. His high finish in 2021 BnF Was down to our massive injury toll. Facts are he plays like an overweight 50yo country footballer who couldn't run out of sight in a month. Those that rated him highly and considered him captain material have nfi and their running charts were always a joke. I'm just shattered we never took pick 4 from the Blues way back when. He's not AFL standard.

I look forward to seeing him in the guts against us and seeing our old, slow mids leave tubby gasping in their wake 🤣

brutally harsh but reasonably fair assessment.

so free agency period opens tomorrow (fri 4th) and run till monday.
hopefully we can officially knock jack off to W.C day 1.
feels like we have been waiting forever to get to this F.A/trading period...finally it's just 1 day away from go time!
Article on AFL site making it sound unlikely to happen tomorrow!!!!

I wonder if this will be the first time a team actually has to pay a pick for losing a free agent, because surely we aren't allowed to have so many good picks

AFL will **** us nothing surer in life

Can someone put his thread in the tiger sanctuary the second the FA compo is done and dusted. Been wanting him gone 4 or 5 years now.

Harsh, Was a solid player for us and his 2017 Grand Final will never be forgotten as he kicked 3 and completely ended Sloane after half time. Also the 2019 prelim, where he battled with a shoulder out of socket. Last few years have been down, but he was injured a lot. It's a good move for both clubs as the Eagles need a high tackling midfielder.

I wish him well.

I’d delist him if it doesn5 go through.

Campaigners wanted out what 3 years in a row.
stunningly average player, lucky for us clubs seem to think any player with a premiership is going to be some talisman for success.
