Stealing a pen from the whitehouse
Not getting the pa rightcrime of the century! Old mate Donny has probably stolen the cutlery, the curtains and blinds, the white house toilet paper!
Can we also be arrested for stealing Carrie Underwood's heart ?
So nobody can say what criminal activity Fauci was involved in
Thought so
Sock puppets
Don’t speak too soon.
So Trump is actually guilty on all 34 counts and shouldn’t have needed presidential immunity? For what ? if he hadn't committed any crimes there was nothing to worry about.
You can't be arrested for breathing!
Persecute or prosecute?Because Trump had threatened to persecute him.
Trump Administration targeting people he doesn't like will cost them thousands in lawyer bills
Because Trump openly threatened to target them multiple times.
Thats what I'm asking you but you cant answer itDid Fauci commit a crime?
It's not for me to answer, it's for the courts to hear the evidence and make a verdict.Thats what I'm asking you but you cant answer it
You know why he got the pre-emptive pardon - because Donny is a baby and will hound all those who said no to him for the rest of their lives
I do not share your confidence in Trump’s commitment to due process. With all his utterances on the matter of vengeance and settling scores, where does your confidence come from?If he hasn't comitted any offence, why does he need a preemptive pardon?
What evidence? What crime? It's not for me to answer, it's for the courts to hear the evidence and make a verdict.
Lets be quite clear and this has been a consistent position of mine - if anyone has committed a crime - be they Republican or Democrat - then they should be brought before the courts and not hidden by pardons
I dont consider telling Trump no to be a crime
If as spinynorman was posting Fauci is involved with an incident then it should be investigated and if it meets the level of criminality then he should be prosecuted
But again telling a man baby no isnt a crime
Yet
It's the investigations that can bankrupt and ruin someone. Trump was going to hail Fauci in for congressional hearing after hearing to look for a crime to prosecute. If he hasn't comitted any offence, why does he need a preemptive pardon?
The same place you get your confidence for due process when a republican is/was brought before court.I do not share your confidence in Trump’s commitment to due process. With all his utterances on the matter of vengeance and settling scores, where does your confidence come from?
I'm not sure a Trump supporter talking about judicial process really deserves to be taken seriously.
You want me to list the literally hundreds of instances of Trump attempting to subvert due process in every arena from local councils to the highest courts and then ask you to furnish equivalent evidence of any other US president in the last hundred years who has attempted the same even a hundredth as many times? The same place you get your confidence for due process when a republican is/was brought before court.
You want me to list the literally hundreds of instances of Trump attempting to subvert due process in every arena from local councils to the highest courts and then ask you to furnish equivalent evidence of any other US president in the last hundred years who has attempted the same even a hundredth as many times?
Or do we just agree that you’re either being disingenuous or completely ignorant of Trump’s record?
Thats what the courts are for - to figure out if soneone commited a crime.Thats what I'm asking you but you cant answer it
You know why he got the pre-emptive pardon - because Donny is a baby and will hound all those who said no to him for the rest of their lives
Which of the many hundreds of Trump legal cases are you referring to?I'm not denying any of that, however do you honestly think due process wasn't followed in the trump case? My point is, you can't point at one side, when your preferred side also misuse legal proceedings.
Thats what the courts are for - to figure out if soneone commited a crime.
Can you not see that in pardoning Fauci, people are going to believe he is guilty of something?
Pretty sure the judges wont convict someone "because Donny is a baby"
