It might also do with reminding a few that when you post on the SRP, you are responsible for backing up/verifying your claims to fact. What this means is that you will be asked time to time to support your claims with evidence, to ensure that this forum is as free of misinfomation as we can make it.

His marriage status to a migrant is irrelevant, and does not alter the fact that he called migrants "animals" and "not human" in a speech in Michigan.

He also stated that migrants were "poisoning the blood of the nation".

Harris rang Trump to congratulate him on his victory.

“I also told him that we will help him and his team with their transition,” she continued, “and that we will engage in a peaceful transfer of power.”

She made no reference to her previous statements that Trump was a fascist or a threat to the democratic rights of the American people.

Biden was made a statement of even greater political cowardice:

"Yesterday I spoke with president-elect Trump and congratulated him on his victory. I assured him that I would direct my entire administration to work with his team to ensure a peaceful and orderly transition. That is what the American people deserve… I will do my duty as president. I will fulfill my oath. I will honor the Constitution. On January 20, we will have a peaceful transfer of power in America."

This, in spite of the fact that it was not the Democrats, but Trump himself who 4 years ago attempted to overthrow the election result and based his entire campaign on lies about a "stolen election".

Installed a terrible candidate with zero standout strenghs, destroyed their economy with overspending military/ukraine and going into severe trade deficiet. In a tough spot to run a campaign in 3-4 months (their fault for covering Biden) but also ran on Hitler at the end, they ran out of ideas. Demonising Trump makes him stronger, not sure how they haven't figured this out yet.

I brought covid up because you did...you denied that 1 million people had died from COVID.

No, I have no need for a "little win" to vilify Trump.

Trump is only half the problem. The other half is the Democrats. Both Trump and the Democrats are different faces of the same capitalist oligarchy in the US which is desperate to defend its grotesque and undeserved levels of wealth at the expense of the rest of society.

What is necessary is for a socialist revolution that will sweep away finally and forever all the garbage of capitalist political reaction.
