This thread is not about Covid, lockdowns, or vaccines. It is about Donald Trump. While Trump was in office during the pandemic and his response to Covid is relevant, there are pertinent threads for you to post your opinions on those things in.

I'll give a recent example. A friend wanted to enrol their daughter in school. Went to the allocated local public schools. It was soon apparent these schools had adopted left wing gender and identity politics in to the curriculum. This guy and his wife are also government empployees where the same ideologies are rife, so they can see it when its there. They are both aetheists. The kid will not be going to a public school.

Btw I still think the culture wars are a nothing burger to distract us and have us all hurl faeces at each other while the top 1% make out like bandits.

The trick is to be in that 1%-its a growing number of people.

The same guy who went on, and on, and on about DEI. Whos' supporters talk about how it should all be 'merit based appointements'. Appointed a heap of obviously unqualified people, with nary a peep.
