Have found a notable mix from elderly to middle age to young.

Sadly I do think we have a ton of young men who watch streamers like Adin Ross who hosted Trump and are just itching for Australia to have a candidate like that.

The US has such a flimsy system with how political all of their positions are - including the courts, school boards, district attorneys etc., as well as having Full House elections every 2 years.
It incentivises polarisation, politicisation, out flanking each other.

Australians are annoyingly complacent about their politics. But having competent and non partisan governance structures is hugely beneficial.
