Patterson said that he felt he was never really accepted by the Windies establishment because he was brought in as a net bowler to King Viv and really put him through his paces and pissing him off by being better than he was 'supposed' to be. Was a real maverick so who knows if that's true though.

Dujon did say that. Not much between them all. It would like how some may say Lee quicker that Tait or Akhtar. About 1 or 2 km/h difference between them at their quickest.
