Im going to suggest that due some circumstances , injuries etc and particularly bad timing he's slipped past a few clubs , also the midfield depth this season had others going for those with testing results and track record perhaps? But I'm very happy we've given him a crack....

Just located Jack's birthday, 3/09/2000. Curiously shares athat day with two of my best friends & really great people. If he's in the same mould, we've got ourselves a great pick & a guy who will work his buns orf 
Ask your cousin if he has a son named Jack might be an easier way to work this out

Exactly the situation. I never even met 2 of my uncles. I met a cousin once 20 years ago whos name was Ken Ross. He looks similar to Jack's father, but i have no pictures of that side of the family so I dont know.
My father died 4 weeks ago and i have no connection to his side of the family. Then we draft this Jack Ross fella and i see the photo of his dad and think.."is it possible thats ken?" I don't give a rats about trying to big note myself. I just thought someone might be able to help me reconnect with family.
It's probably just me grasping at straws and wanting it to be him. But maybe it is him.
Don't wanna be a debbie downer but mum has been gone for 10 years.
Why not try contacting him on the socials?
Yeah neither me or the missus are on facebutt or twittshit but i might have to look into it.

Doubt we will see him round 1 they will want to get some vfl games under his belt learning the systems and patterns first
Caddy will take Conc’s spot in the midfield with lynch taking cad’s spot in the forward line
