To keep things on topic, realistically Melbourne's pressing issue is the front half. Should be chasing a key forward more then a running back. But that's just me personally. You'll also find not many melbourne supporters losing sleep if Saad decides to stay or go to Carlton. Again, he's barely been linked to us so it won't be any big surprise whatever he does from Melbourne's perspective.

You must have missed the Martin thread last year, it's probably 900k year one and 2, 650k for last 3.

Fa signing bonus, half a mil cap space for no draft pick loss is quite acceptable in our position.

Regardless of the Dodoro factor, there is no way an uncontracted Saad is getting a top 10 pick without something significant coming back. Exactly the type of player to go for 15-20 IMO
