Umpires broke the game wide open in the 3rd qtr. Absolute disgrace. They even paid a couple of cheap ones to DM to bring him into the game. Richmond can be happy about one thing they can win without Riewoldt or Martin really firing and that is a good thing. I see they evened the count up in the final qtr. 55 Free kicks. 28 in last years GF. Of course the Dogs got 20 of them...but that is half the number today.
Richmond can beat Adelaide but NOT on today's performance.

Ok just looked at the Cotchin bump. Initial contact was between Cotchins back and Shiels head. Both had hands on the ball. Cotchin was bracing for a bump going in but missed with the shoulder. Still, he only needs a fine to miss.
