Put a line through Melbourne.

Only 3 can win it now.

Is it two now?

Never in doubt, this Lions team is special!
Withstood everything Melbourne could throw at them (which turned out to be a tennis ball thrown at them, compared to the gigantic cannon ball they threw back at the Demons!).

Very special MCG team

For a few weeks I had been really down on the quality of footy for the last few weeks, like there had been bugger all really good games and the season felt flat.

The last two games have been crackers (this one in particular) and have come at a really crucial time.

Has anyone mentioned Dayne Zorko and how much of a w***er he is yet? What a win!

That should be the end of Fagan in all seriousness

Why is he sending a forward down back with 5 mins to go

Just horrendous
Shocking move, sends the wrong signals to the players as well.

The best way to defend that sort of lead is to kick a goal or play like you want to kick a goal.

It wasn’t even just that he moved a player back too early, Fagan looked visibly rattled pacing around the coaches box in the final minutes (not for the first time either). Surely your leaders should be trying to keep an air of calm and a cool head in a crisis.
