For me i think its a good time to play kids

Out - Krakouer (no tackles and 1 ineffective kick in nearly 3 quarters of footy is simply unacceptable)

Hudson (time for a rest)

Macaffer (Again been poor for a while, only 1 tackle, just poor)

In: Kennedy (play the small forward role, will do more than elliot/krak

Grundy (replace hudson, can't do worse than our current rucks

Martin (Dominates the VFL yet again, deserves a game)

Also wouldn't mind Ramsay getting a game, Mooney stays in to get a proper run at it

Agree. Top 4 chance is dead. Top 8 looking a little shaky when we play like this, but still think we'll end up 7th. So, year effectively done and dusted when it comes to being an effective Premiership contender. Would be even harder than what Adelaide did in 97-98.

Play kids, clean out dead wood, and maybe, if GC and GWS haven't matured enough, we can have another crack in 2 years.

Out: Macaffer, Maxwell (wont happen), Witts

In: Brown, Martin, Grundy
I'd add obrien to the ins and lose Sinclair. He was ok against the suns but he's just a jinx as far as I'm concerned, something panicky and shit he brings to the team we don't need.

Actually think there is hope in Sinclair becoming a reliable BP for us.

I don't think Harry is mentally right to go.

Out: Krak, Hudson, Macaffer, Mooney, Elliot (rest)
In: Kennedy, Grundy, Martin, Brown, Broomhead (sub)

Time to see what Grundy can do. See if Kennedy can be the small forward, Martin needs to be rewarded for VFL form, and want to see what Broomhead offers at the top level.

Macaffer was very poor, not feeling the love for Mooney - seems to be getting games on potential rather than VFL performance. Elliot looks tired. The old guys....well they are old.

I think its time to start planning for the 2014 premiership, and anyone who wont be there needs to go.

called for this after the port loss. persevere with those who might be struggling at present but also might have a future.

its simply time. time to accept those who wont be around cannot be holding back the devel of others who will be around. very much thanks for your service. if you were part of 2010, you live within us forever, and its time. jono took the lead. others need to follow.

I really hate how after a loss the media absolutely cans us and says we may not make top 8.
Then when we win they say we're "tracking nicely for a top 4 position".

The media are ******ed.

Our premiership window for 2013 was closed after the Sydney loss.
Fact is we can't beat anyone in the top 5 and the rest doesn't matter.

Until the players pull their fingers out we will not be a good side. Ppl keep slamming bucks' game plan... How'd we beat Geelong??? The players executed the plan. Tonight they didn't.

Also, we missed Jarryd Blair. I said that if we drop him that whoever replaces him needed to be a similar player. It didnt happen and his tenacity was missed.

I thought mooney put a lot of heart into his performance. I can't wait till he builds his tank. I thought he worked hard, just ran out of legs.
