Guys...we have no bench. The first thing to go with fatigue is skills.

The way some people are laying into players when they legitimately cannot stop running and rest is crazy.

We lost because of the injuries. If we had a bench we would be able to keep up the pressure and we would have won.

just bitterly disappointing. We had the capacity to win this one and we blew it away with poor composure and poor selection. Need to learn and move on.

What? Poor selection? How about the missed goals and 4 injuries to key players?!

Of course it's Buckley's fault though. My God!

Ahh well that's all she wrote - Pendles and Treloar look like they are out on their feet now along with the rest of the team.

Still proud of our boys today - the bulldogs have only gotten on top due to our injuries or we would have had them.

So how bad are the injuries is all that remains to know. We were coming into a block of more winnable games, of course, typical. We really have had the most obscene injury run over the last 5 seasons. It is ****ing comical. I'm just about over it, its sapped any joy frankly for me, I just cringe at every contest waiting to see who has gone down now, and as for final training for the week, it's like Napoleons retreat from Moscow.

Unfortunate that we lose this one because of injuries. Bulldogs only doing what any team would against a team without a bench.

that happens more when you're tired..... cant hang them with no bench.

The poor composure that cost us was in the first half when we still had some shot. We needed to nail it then so we had a buffer now.

Carlton managed

It really bites to see the Dogs cement this late lead and take the 4 points. They paid well but I honestly think we played better before the injuries. What a cruel turn of fate, however given Dogs have been cruelled by injuries this season I guess there could be worse beneficiaries.

I'll try and focus on the positives - we played well for 3 qtrs, need to work on conversion but pressure was great.
