If he is concussed and doesnt come back there is no other option with an elbow.

An attempted punch is different, an arm chop/spoil with the forearm into the head is different.

But an elbow is not considered part of the arm where a natural footy action would take place.

Reading this thread i could have sworn this is a crows-power game thread.

Don’t drop your knees. He dropped and got hit in the head. That wasnt a free except for incorrect disposal and isn’t going anywhere past tonight. Blokes dropping their bodies put themselves in danger. Selwood had copped some high and got some unwarranted frees too over the journey. Don’t want to see blokes get hurt but if they contribute to their own demise you cant really blame the tackler for misssing a target that is suddenly 60cm lower.
