Blake's contract wasn't renewed. He wasn't taken 'off' us. Suspect that the Cats did that, knowing he wanted a move but which came first. I wonder if cats wanted some coach movement as well so win win I would say.

Barrett said Geelong have not raised Caddy's name, it is Richmond raising his name.
Caddy and Geelong hold his current contract dearly.
Stephen Wells this morning said the Deledio/Tuohy trades could get done if they give up one of their good young players but they won't do that, don't want to.
(Apart from Motlop by the sound of it).

Yes. He gets a lot right and often months before others. He also gets some things wrong.
I neither take it as gospel or dismiss anything he says as rubbish. Both would be equally silly.
Add everything to a melting pot and eventually a likely outcome begins to take shape.

I would be massively pissed off if that happened. Tigers Deledio and everyone can go **** themselves. Trading a 24 year old midfielder who gives his all for the club each week. Many here are critical of Caddy but he will continue to improve as a player. And is already an important player who does whatever the team needs.

And that's why it will never happen. We're not going to give the Tigers what they want, there will be a compromise as they know this will be the only opportunity they will get to trade Lids otherwise he will just walk out at the end of next year.

Lids is an old hack - it aint 2011 anymore clowns. Caddy for Lids would be a flipping disgrace.

They are better players than GHS but we don't have many players like Caddy. He hasn't reached his potential yet. But he plays like Selwood. And with heart, attack on the ball and player, kick goals and competes at every contest.
