If you're talking about a clock.... yes you can turn it off if you have both hands free.

But what if you're like that bloke who complained about domino's delivering his pizza too quickly and was balls deep in the missus at the time because he thought it wasn't arriving for another 15mins?

Not exactly going to jump off saying "oh no, my rice on the stove is about to over cook, let me turn that off"

Using a rice cooker just allows you to keep plowing ahead, and you have perfectly cooked fresh rice when you're done to give you the energy for round 2
Unlike the pizza guy, your 15 minutes is not going to come, ahem, arrive unexpectedly.
Perfect time to say, "I'm just going to turn off the rice and I'll be back for some cunnilingus. Do you need a drink while I'm up?"

But using a rice cooker means you dont need to keep an eye on it whilst cooking and can do other things instead.

Just wash the rice, add in the water and press the button. You can then ignore it and prepare the rest of your meal, maybe crank one out, whatever your fancy because when the rice is done, it'll switch to keep warm mode and it won't overcook as opposed to potentially burning the house down if you forget about it on the stove.

You listed 7 steps. I listed 3. That's efficiency
plastic rice cooker in microwave at half power, 15 minutes, cup rice, 1.5 cups water.

Didn’t have the courage to go up-to him in person but called out from a far “up the kangas”.. he knew we were calling out to him so he turned his head and winked to us and gave a cheeky thumbs up..

Have to say that if this is at all true and
I’m not saying that it is & Cam is down the track with Essendon , On a 4 year deal whilst simultaneously puting off contract negotiations with us until seasons end then it’s pretty ordinary behaviour on Cam’s part
