Maybe referring to this?

As someone that watches New Japan, I consider Shibata showing up to soon have his 3rd match in 5-6 years as bigger than Jeff Jarrett appearing.

Wouldn't it be a bigger deal if the storyline was coherent instead of being hyped at Forbidden Door, forgotten about for 5 months and then featured on Rampage?

Yeah I'm not sure why there was a gap between appearances.

It’s AEW’s biggest flaw at the moment, so much of what they do is “stop, start” pushes and then drops things randomly for months on end.

People backstage minipulating things, mostly Tony getting fooled and being told it's best for business when it's really only best for the individual or the click those individuals are involved in.

Tony should hand over majority control to JJ not that JJ is some saviour atleast he has run companies and been around big egos.

Khan is embarrassing at this point.

Sacking the Elite and bringing Punk back would be a start, Kenny and The Bucks bring absolutely nothing to the program, you can't tell me even the diehard originals on here care about them anymore.

Thanks Jim but we already know what you think and have for years.

The show has issues absolutely. Catering to Punk's painful behaviour and attitude is not a solution. What good would bringing him back do when he's badly injured and months away from potentially wrestling anyway?

I agree—- Punk was a draw. He lead to some of Dynamite’s biggest ratings (outside of the debut episode), multiple million dollar ticket sale shows and helped build AEW’s audience.

The fans want to see Punk, not a few egotistical VP’s booking themselves to win all the time.

The Elite are basically this generations version of Jeff Jarrett

Diehard originals answer me this.

AEW any better with the Elite on TV? Do you really think having 3 Ego driven children as EVPs is good for the company going forward?

Punk is a head case atleast he is a draw (which was proven) some of the best TV in the last 12 months has been because of Punk, MJF and The Acclaimed.

You just lost the companies biggest ever draw due to 3 little bitches and Tony who just let it all happen, people running a 7/11 would have more balls then Tony.

Punk needs take responsibility but this all started with Hangman and The Elite talking shit in regards to Colt they should be better and know better in the current positions of power.

Embarrassing.

A lot of interesting assumptions about how the Elite are backstage…

All Out featured The Elite winning a newly created Trios title, instead of The Young Bucks facing FTR.

The Elite have too much control backstage, they should be putting talent over rather than creating new ways to look strong.

Continues to stun me that, among conflicting accounts of what happened at all out, people who weren’t there want to try and speak by as authorities on it.

Noticing That The Elite have Jarrett-esque pull backstage has nothing to do with “Brawl Out”.

The Elite having ANOTHER title created for them to win (on a roster that is bloated with titles from multiple companies) is nothing but a vanity project.

As I said above—- FTR Vs The Young Bucks should have been the All Out match (which is what they were building towards) rather than the Trios title match and shoving FTR in with Wardlow

Nothing to do with what I said but cool story👍🏻

Kinda like people assume how HHH and the kliq were backstage. Except they didn't feed lines a fake reporter to make them look good

Look if you don't think the "elite" are telling meltzer there story and he puts it out there you're too far gone.

Like what you like but **** I'll never see how a grown adult could like omega and the bucks. They are as bad and as horrible for wrestling as the Miz

Smooth commentary with JR and Tyson

Seriously—- who thought that was a good idea for a Shibata match.

The majority of the audience barely knows who he is, you want the commentators to help explain Shibata, not know even less than the fans.

What a mess
