He has no connection to the bombers, no interest in being the best and no drive.

Good guy and I'm sure the players like him but he'll pick up his $mil a year and be gone in three.

He's the anti-Bolton in that regard. He will work in the existing system for as long as he wants them and then one day shrug his shoulders and say he's quitting.
