Josh Rachele believes that he is the only player that can win the game for the Crows. He might be better thinking that he is part of a team that could do it if they worked together.

Rankine and Rachele are obviously both elite talents, Rankine already a very good player, can’t help but think the Crows would be better with only one of them in their forward line though.

Everyone wants to be the hero. Meanwhile the ball is flying out as quickly as it’s coming in.

Crows aren’t where they thought they’d be right now.

Easiest tip of the year.

Crows biggest problem is Nicks.

Trying to coach a gameplan that does not suit the players at his disposal whatsoever.

You mean a scrappy contest based system doesn't suit a team full of hard runners and damaging kicks???

They demonstrated the game they need to play this time last year.

Why Nicks has done the polar opposite is mind-blowing.

Should be right for the taking next Saturday.

Fingers crossed but knowing how they play us it'll be the one time they play with the right strategy.

We're not the same side who they've pumped though.

It would be fair to say that the Dees would be itching to have a crack at us this year.

Winning 2 of 3 out of state has really set their entire season up.

wot...you dont agree?

Crows so rudderless much of the night. Only really came alive when they were so far behind that Melbourne took the foot off then they steadied almost the second Adelaide challenged milking the clock where they need to.

Pretty much how I saw it.

Looked reluctant or unable to play on and very unsure of themselves even when opportunities presented themselves.

Final score was flattering but with more conviction in their play it could have been much closer.

Adelaide were good? No, they weren’t. Melbourne are more talented though, you’re right there.
They were good enough to scare Melbourne- they have a very talented forward line, some strong defenders but lack the polish in the midfield to maximise their forward capability - they arent far off it at all... their Captain is a gun. Will trouble and beat a lot of teams...I think

They finished the game stonger than Melnbourne I thought - but they are reliant very much on teh Captian to make things happen with his kicking. I'm happy we are playing them at Marvel and not in Adelaide.

Melbourne played twice in 5 days. Makes sense the tailed off.
