Geez Comben played well against us in the VFL and is having a great game against Brisbane.
I'd love to know his contract status, would pair well with Weiters down back.
Was rusty in the first half, but that second term has been like Liam Jones at his best.Geez Comben played well against us in the VFL and is having a great game against Brisbane.

He is about as injury prone as Marchbank. We have way too many players who are never available to go near a Comben imo.
Managed 9 games in 3 years
Very true, they did mention he was out all last year with a broken leg. Which for me is better than most other season ending injuries (e.g. hammys, knees, ankles, achillies, groins, backs). Was rusty in the first half, but that second term has been like Liam Jones at his best.
Having said that, was drafted 4 years ago and has spent the near entirety of that time sitting on the injured list. Worse time in rehab than either of Cuningham or Marchbank.
Bit of buyer beware there.

If we could get him out for 300ish I'd take the risk.
