As someone said on the main board, he's taken a huge gulp of his own bath water.
Or he is a big kid facing a struggling midfield while in a personal slump.

Reckon we have had that scenario at our club a few times

Hehehe Slobbo's returned to 360 and having a meltdown.

Saying Bombers aren't a below average team because they produced above average performance last week, they just played like one today.

Delusional as ever.

"Brendan Goddard is a wise football person"

"The problem with BJ is if you start barking orders at your team mates when you're not doing the same, it gets back in your face"

"That's great BJ, how about you do it?"

To be fair, I agree with him there. Can't have a go at your team mates for errors then make the same ones yourself.

Fox now showing some footage of Goddard. He's argued with Zaharakis twice and Daniher. Both looked like they were telling him to get ******.

It's clear they're getting fed up with him.
I'm just so upset for him.

:D

At what point do the commentators decide that the match they're commentating is no longer a "good game of footy", and admit to watching a schelacking?

I do enjoy pointing out the sheer amount of shit they talk, but i'd actually prefer to watch a game where the commentary did me a service and pointed out stuff I wasn't aware of, or at least was honest and let a good game be good without trying to dress mutton as lamb.

Pies vs Bombers.

Another battle between conventional tall set up and the new short setup. Another win to the shorter running side. Bombers had almost twice as many talls on ground.

Grundy, Cox Reid over 192. Dunn is 192 so shorter than March and Plowman.

Bombers: Hooker, Hurley, Hartley, Daniher, Bellchambers, & Stewart.

I'd prefer that too, but they don't want to risk losing viewers.

Yeah you need quality talls when you're going to do that. And they need quality smalls to back them up. The druggies have neither.

I'd argue that there talls are players of quality. I'd agree the smallz look average. Like we have looked embarrassing, sometimes it is the gameplan that explains that and not the players.

I reckon Hurley's the only one that's played some quality football this year. The rest haven't set the world on fire.

But you're right in the sense that it does show that the teams with smaller players are having more success these days.

I'm happy he's doing it.

No doubt it's causing some chaos among the playing group.

So we can look forward to seeing more gallant Essendon performances like today.
I thought these cheating scum were brave? now it's gallant? fmd...........
