Your willing to disregard statistics for Handscomb but in the same time frame use stats to further your Mitch argument. Mitch is literally one of the worst test batsmen to play over 30 tests in the history of test cricket. Statistics prove this.

I’m not disregarding the statistics, but the periodical relevance of the ones you are using.

As I’ve said, over and over, neither have test-level ability. But, speaking for the now, a struggling Marsh is definitely more ideal than PH, whose technique is so significantly flawed that the Indians/English disposed of him almost too easily.
