Somewhat random question - what's the best site for purely Sheffield Shield stats? For example, if I wanted to see Glenn Maxwell's career stats in the Shield, what's the best site?

Cricinfo is really annoying on this front.
This is the best page on cricinfo

http://stats.espncricinfo.com/sheffield-shield-2014-15/engine/records/index.html?id=114;type=trophy

Cricinfo > Australia > Domestic Competitions > Sheffield Shield > Records

The only problem is when doing career averages for players who played in multiple states, you need to go into both states and add them together which slightly annoying. Unless the player appears in the top runscorers or top wicket takers. Seems bizarre no one has though to have an "All teams" under the player averages category on the right. Also don't understand why they haven't extended StatsGuru into some of the first class competition. Would have thought that would get done at some point along the way.

Quote from Martyn_30_ on Day 1 thread.

Coupled with temperatures in the mids 30s that can be quite debilitating.

Re Warne's comments re Stark, I didn't think anything much of them at the time, he was talking about his demeanor as a bowler and I thought they were fair enough as an opinion. Now we know Starc was suffering from heat stress and a couple of other things so no doubt that contributed to his lack of aggressiveness but Warne didn't know that at the time and in any case it was quite clear it was an opinion not just based on yesterday's performance. Much ado about nothing if you ask me.
anything over about 25% humidity on a 30+ degree day is pretty hard to deal with

in saying that - current temp in brisbane is 29.7 with 66% humidity. top of 33 today with severe storms likely to hit

This is a group of substitute fielders warming up.
