Did I misquote the article or did journalist misquote Westy?

If the later then I'm sure Brad Beitzel , a respected VAFA supportive journalist would be concerned as he did put the quote inside "..."

But as you said, looks like Westy, Brad and the VAFA have all dealt with the issue and full clarity on the misquote has occurred.
