There’s always wins and losses at draft time in the eyes of all supporter groups. A couple of years ago your mob trumped us and snagged Jacob Hopper. At the time great win for you guys, now not so much. Shit does happen. Smith may come and fail.

I think it's a small win for the Cats if it ends up being a straight trade of P17, I'd have been happy to see us give up our future 2nd as well. It's not a bust for the Dogs if it ends up being a straight swap of P17 though, not what Power is on record as saying he wanted, but it's not junk. Hearing that they want at least P14, but then would be willing to send him to the draft instead of accepting P17 seems a bit off. If it really gets to 7.30 tomorrow and nothing has been done, then at least we get to see this thread stay active for another 6 weeks
