Only difference is Both Hawthorn and Geelong were still competing in GF’s when they leftYeah we did that with Ablett too.
Sydney can utilize 17 & 19 and likely get 22 for Parker. So they trade up or give us a better deal than Geelong can.
Far more overly antagonistic Geelong fans here in need of such a message.Daily reminder for Dogs fans to touch grass and avoid making a tit of themselves in here.
They've got their timeline completely out of whack.
They're supposed to be using the period before the trade to aggressively pump up Bailey's tyres as one of the greatest players of his generation....and only start calling him an untalented w***er hack AFTER the trade is done.

Reckon Pies are a real chance if they get pick 12 from Noble deal
So, you're Liam Lawson? The pies are about as much chance of getting p12 for noble as I am of being an f1 driver next year.

It’ll be apart of a huge swap of picks, not just Noble.
Pies won't get 12 unless they are giving up their future 1st with noble (and they would be mad to do that) they have nothing else of value to use to get 12. It's a non starter.
It’s been reported that they can without using a future first.

GC need points for LombardNot even GC are that stupid.
GC need points for Lombard
Don’t count it out, it’s actually not the worst trade if you consider the points GC can receive and a player that’s contracted
Points index has changed dramatically you know that. There's stacks of better ways they can get more points without doing that deal (look at what bris have done in previous years).
My interest is progressing you all to the acceptance stage of the grieving process, and to move past the belligerent stage where you're all acting faux list manager tough guy.Far more overly antagonistic Geelong fans here in need of such a message.

You'll get what you get and both clubs will move on maturely, as is the way with real list management teams.
You'll lose a player you've replaced in the team and the recruiter will do his best to find a good player for the dogs for years to come.
I certainly agree with the second half of the post, but as indicated before, there are many Geelong posters in here for whom "faux list manager tough guy" is an apt description. My interest is progressing you all to the acceptance stage of the grieving process, and to move past the belligerent stage where you're all acting faux list manager tough guy.

Someone hasn't explained to you where in the food chain the Dogs are in the AFL world?
Destination clubs like us, well we're the apex predators. At best you're an opportunistic Hyena type, feasting on our scraps

Oh the irony.
I've said it for many years, Geelong fans are the absolute worst onthe trade threads.King Cringe. A normal unit would be embarrassed.

Everyone they're looking at is worth half price because they ate some sardines or went surfing once but the minute one of their players is mentioned it's 12 first rounders to get them to the table.
Half their fans still reckon they can get Baz without losing their first rounder or a player
The Bowes trade totally broke their brains and now they think they'll just get to ream every team for any player they want.

I suggest you point out these people because I for one have only seen every Geelong poster agreeing he is worth atleast one first rounderI've said it for many years, Geelong fans are the absolute worst onthe trade threads.
