What is his realistic alternative? He goes to Geelong at 15 in the ND and they get nothing. I can't see it coming to that. He will end up compromising because he has to.

Doesn't really have to do anything. Dogs were absolutely stout on Dunkley when he asked to leave, I expect them to be the same here.

I heard a story that a Son Father Geelong players had his parents get built a Simmonds Home at cost price.
One player bought a home from board member and the same board member bought it back 2 years later. Then got traded to WA team. That team's president owns a building company and built a home at cost price. Then the stupid club front loaded his contract, and they demanded a trade for family reasons after 2 years.
