My point was that people try to misrepresent how much other trades were done for. "Three first rounders" makes people think of quite high picks, not those around what were traded in deals like the Cameron deal.

Picks 1 and 52 are worth more than picks 13, 15 and 20 together.

Off topic, but I really don't agree with using points to determine a picks worth, that system is only really used to determine matching for Academy and F/S bidding. A picks value can vary wildly year to year depending on the crop of players coming through

So get the three first rounders and then try swapping them for pick 4 and tell the GCS (and the rest of the AFL) that that's all you reckon Ben King's worth. Your argument doesn't fly mate sorry. He's worth 3 prime first round picks AND players.

Where exactly did I say what I think Ben’s worth is? I’m saying there’s a shit load of difference between a bundle picks 1, 2 and 3 compared to picks 16, 17 and 18. If all it takes is “three first rounders” then by all means let’s use the latter of the two scenarios.
